How can I place an order on Mavstore?

Placing an order on Mavstore is quick and simple. Just browse through our collections, choose the product(s) you love, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you're ready, proceed to the checkout page, fill in your shipping details, and select your preferred payment method. After confirming your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with all the details.

No, creating an account is not mandatory. You can shop as a guest. However, having an account offers added benefits like faster checkouts, order tracking, saving multiple delivery addresses, and receiving early access to special offers or new arrivals.

We begin processing orders soon after they are placed to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, modifications or cancellations can only be made within a limited time. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately via email or the contact form.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location but usually takes between 3 to 7 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is shipped, so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
