A bigger, more rigid and ultra-light polypropylene cone with elastic rubber suspension provides swift movement and smooth, rich and very natural midrange frequency response. The heavy-duty voice coil and Φ80 magnet can withstand high temperatures and power inputs. The flat dust cap supports airflow and smoothens the frequency response.

Ultra-light polypropylene cone with elastic rubber suspension, a Φ90 magnet structure, heavy duty voice coil and coil former copped with more rigid driver chassis are built to withstand higher power handling and longer operation time without increasing driver temperature and in result to generate a deeper, more musical and precise bass response.

Sturdy New Feet with Spikes   

The feet are exceptionally rigid and thick providing almost perfect isolation of speakers from the floor and levelling up the transparency of sound as well as producing better definition and control for the bass. Functionally sophisticated and discreet feet design are based on the feet known from the premium Platinum v.3 series. They level up the elegance of the TAV loudspeakers. The design allows to interchangeably use the feet with spikes or only the spikes.

Nuanced and Rich High Frequencies

TAV-C with its detailed and rich high frequencies coupled with open and natural midrange is ideal for performing movie soundtracks and multichannel music with lifelike dynamics and stunning clarity. TAV-S creates a surround sound for movie soundtracks and multichannel music which is natural, multidimensional and of high dynamics.

Upgraded 4” (102 mm) Bass-midrange Driver

Ultra-light polypropylene cone with elastic rubber suspension provide fast movement and smooth, rich and very natural midrange frequency response as well as generate deep, musical bass. The heavy-duty voice coil and Φ70 magnet can stand high temperatures and power inputs. The flat dust cap supports airflow and smoothens the frequency response. Factory wall mounts render ability for a quick and hassle-free installation on walls or other structures.

2nd generation TWG-I tweeter faceplate  (Taga WaveGuide)

Specialized horn-like design of the tweeter's faceplate utilizing concave diffusers assists with equal and flat dispersion of sound in and off the axis of the driver. In the newest edition the shape and depth have been redesigned to facilitate better flow of sound stream and even wider dispersion which helps to build a more three-dimensional and natural soundstage. Cutting down the number of components means better structural rigidity, barely perceptible distortions and resonances.

Robust and Aesthetically Appealing Cabinets - 2 nd generation TLIE-I enclosure

TLIE-I – The 2nd generation of Taga Low Interference Enclosures is made of high-quality, high-density MDF boards (F models: 12 mm walls and 21 mm for the front baffle | C&S models: 9 mm walls and 18 mm for the front baffle ) with inside braces (floorstanding models) to enhance stiffness and attenuate any unwanted resonances. The shapes are perfectly crafted not only to look wonderful and modern but mainly to lower any unwanted vibrations, diffractions or turbulences, which can affect the sound performance. New high-end enclosure damping material is used to better break up the standing waves, lower resonances and limit distortions what enhances the smoothness and characteristics of sound in all ranges. The steep enclosure (floor standing models) top is leaned at around 4 degrees from the front to the rear to eliminate unwanted resonances and turbulences.
